Record the video in settings with neutral backgrounds or those related to teaching/nationality

Advertise or promote other services
Use music protected by copyrights or any other support for which you do not have the rights

Record the video with the mobile phone in horizontal position

Record the video with the mobile phone in vertical position

Place the camera/mobile phone at eye level and look into the camera/mobile phone

Place the camera/mobile phone beneath your face and speak to it

Place the camera/mobile phone on a stable surface or use a tripod to keep the video still

Hold the camera/mobile phone in your hands or allow the camera/mobile phone to move

Lighting

Use natural daylight or strong artificial light positioned in front of you

Sound

Record in a calm setting and speak clearly

Use a microphone if possible

Background

Use a clean and tidy study room or classroom possibly with a white or light background

Do not allow any commercial logo to show

Talk about yourself: Introduce yourself and communicate the languages you speak. Talk about your work experience and if you have had other interesting backgrounds.

Present your lessons: Present your work method and what you like about teaching. You can include specific details on the activities you carry out during lessons and show the materials you use.

Show your personality: Try to be yourself as much as possible. Show or tell something interesting about you. Choose clothing or a background which truly represents you. Make students feel welcome to your online lessons.
